Prepayment is required for any stock items. For all custom work, a 50% deposit is required before production will begin. Upon completion, the balance must be paid in full before the item will be shipped. A 6% sales tax must be added to all Maryland orders.
A flat shipping charge will apply. Most stock items ship for a standard rate of $6.99 within the U.S. Shipping charges for custom orders will vary, determined by weight and destination.
Our stock items are typically available for immediate shipment. As you will see, our stock sales run through Ebay. If you do not have an Ebay account, please email us your item request using the email link at the bottom of this page and we will send you an invoice to your email address. The invoice can be paid securely with a credit/debit card as you would on a typical e-store.

Terms & Conditions Of Purchase
1. Flat shipping charges are determined by weight and destination and are the responsibility of the buyer. All orders are shipped FOB Boonsboro, MD 21713.
2. Acute Marquetry & Design warrants the goods to be free from defects in content, and workmanship in normal use and service.
3. All goods furnished by AMD are subject to inspection and approval after delivery and before acceptance by the buyer. The buyer shall communicate any disapproval of the goods to AMD on or before five business days after the delivery. Within this five day period, the buyer must give notice to AMD of any claim for damages on account of the condition, quality or grade of the goods, and must specify the basis of the claim in writing. The buyer must inspect the goods for geometry, sizes, material schemes, grain direction, quantities, etc. ANY LAMINATION will FORFEIT this warranty. The failure of the buyer to comply with any of these requirements shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the goods by the buyer and bind the buyer to pay the agreed upon price of the goods.
4. AMD cannot be liable for any health conditions or accidents that may arise during the use of our products. Please be cautious and work safely!
